The Hanley Economic Building Society Potters ’Arf Marathon is back on Sunday, June 14 2020 – and it’s one of the most unique races in the UK!
With a city centre finish, amazing route and fantastic supporters creating a wonderful Potteries atmosphere (you wait, it's incredible!), there’s no other race quite like it.

The 'Arf encourages all abilities to have a go - that's why we have walking and relay team sections for those who don't want to run the full 13.1 miles.

There's also a FREE 1,000-metre junior race for youngsters who want to take part.

And all participants receive a t-shirt, goody bag and special Potters ’Arf medal!

This event is an iconic part of the Stoke-on-Trent sporting calendar which encourages seasoned runners or those looking for a new challenge to be active and healthy.

Since it first started, the ’Arf has also raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for charities – including the two main causes the Douglas Macmillan Hospice and the Donna Louise Trust.

Participants are encouraged to use the hashtag #PottersArf on social media to post messages, pictures and video.

We look forward to seeing you there!
