*UKA Trial 1st position qualifies for World Cross Country - refer to UKA policy for details. Also BUCS long course trial 1st 2 BUCS athletes qualify - refer to BUCS selection policy

Note: Senior and Junior races also contain the Home Countries International and area match within the race with 4 to run 3 to score.

All races held under UKA rules (age as at 31.08.2023), Except the two Junior and two Senior Races which will be held under World Athletics rules.

Please Note: Due to the course being a 2km loop senior men with a best time outside 34 mins and senior women with a best time outside 37m30s ( or equivalent at other distances if they have not recorded a 10k time) will be refused entry.
These athletes may enter the Open 4K races as an alternative.
