Can I defer my place to next year’s event?

I will no longer be able to take part, can I get a refund?

Can I transfer my entry to another person wanting to do the same event?
Use the login credentials that you received within your confirmation email to change runner information to that of the new runner. If some fields are locked it may mean transfers are not allowed. Please contact the event organiser and they will advise you on the transfer policy for their event. To find contact details for the event organiser check their event website.
Can I change my entry to a different event within the same event, e.g. half marathon to marathon?
Please contact the event organiser and they will advise you on the transfer policy for their event. The event organiser will instruct Entryhub on whether a transfer can be made and Entryhub can then process it for you. To find contact details for the event organiser look at their event website.
Can I change my details in the entry e.g. my club?
Use the login credentials that you received within your confirmation email to change runner information.
When will I receive my race pack?
Race pack distribution is different for each event but you should receive it the week of the event at the latest. For more information please check the event website or contact the event organiser. To find contact details for the event organiser check their event website.
I want further information about the event. (ie course, headphones, entries on the day)

My payment has not been accepted (particularly with foreign bank card)
