The Shrewsbury Half Marathon 2025 – Sunday 28th September at 8:30am.

After the tremendous success of the 2024 event, we’re excited to announce the details for 2025!

Included in your entry:

Starting and finishing at The West Mid Showground. A scenic route showcasing Shrewsbury’s highlights including the Welsh & English Bridge, Kingsland, Porthill, Coleham, The Quarry, Frankwell, and the picturesque town centre with its medieval buildings and unique street names.

• Options for ladies or men’s fit finisher t-shirts.

Age Requirement:

Participants must be at least 17 years old on race day.

Transfers:

Transfers to other runners are accepted up to 23:59 on Sunday 1st September 2025. There are no deferrals

Pareto FM Shrewsbury Metric Half Marathon 2025 – 8.1 miles / 13.1km Road Race. Sunday 28th September. Starts at 8:55am.

Why the Metric Half Marathon?
Have you completed a 10k but aren't quite ready for the traditional half marathon distance? Or perhaps you're looking for a shorter, faster race challenge? This is the perfect event for you!
